History

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group (PSEG), a division of Pritchard Industries, Inc. (PII), has been a trusted facility maintenance partner since its establishment in 1986. PII specializes in various sectors, including commercial office buildings, corporate facilities, industrial plants, data centers, educational institutions, airports, and medical complexes. With an extensive client base spanning Texas, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., Georgia, Alabama, Florida, California, Massachusetts, and even internationally in London, England, PII has established a strong presence in the industry.

As a proud Pritchard family of companies member since 1997, PSEG offers comprehensive, full-service solutions for cleaning sports and entertainment venues of any size and complexity. Leadership Team

Jason Brock

president

Jason began his career in the public assembly management industry working for the Salt Lake City Olympic Committee in which he assisted with planning and executing operations for the 2002 Winter Games. After the games concluded, Jason was recruited by an Olympics service provider, to wind down and conclude the services provided to the Winter Games.  Jason’s knowledge and knack for the industry quickly propelled him through the ranks of: Venue Manager to VP of Operations, to COO, and finally, to CEO (North American Division).  

Under Jason’s leadership, PSEG has experienced remarkable growth and achieved numerous milestones. His tenure has been marked by pioneering development strategies within the industry. His extensive global experience across four continents—North and South America, Europe, and Australia—has equipped him to introduce world-class practices, significantly enhancing the value of PSEG’s initiatives.

Gerardo Lopez

Vice president of operations

Gerardo embarked on his journey with PSEG in 2005 as a site manager. Recognized for his exceptional skills and unwavering dedication, he swiftly rose to the role of Regional Manager, taking charge of our Southeast accounts. In 2018, he marked another milestone by assuming the position of VP of Operations.

Before joining PSEG, Gerardo honed his managerial prowess in the hospitality sector, overseeing Housekeeping and Customer Services for Intercontinental Hotels in Caracas, Venezuela; Margaret Island; and Berlin, Germany. He also served as an area manager for a commercial cleaning company in Washington, D.C.

At PSEG, Gerardo plays a pivotal role as the overseer of our national accounts. He leverages his extensive operational expertise by directly managing Regional Directors and District Managers. Gerardo’s illustrious career includes notable achievements such as spearheading the opening and cleaning operations for MLB, NBA, NHL, NCAA, and MLS stadiums and arenas, nationally renowned racetracks, convention centers, performing art centers, professional sports training facilities, and museums.

His portfolio extends to successfully managing the cleaning operations for major league sports and national and international championship tournaments, showcasing his proficiency in the sports and entertainment cleaning industry.

Scott Shaffer

Finance director

Scott Shaffer, a distinguished finance professional and analytics expert, is an asset to the Pritchard Sports team, joining us in 2023. With an illustrious academic background that includes an MA in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Economics from Guilford College. 

 Scott’s expertise in performance metrics and quantitative techniques, along with his proficiency in financial analysis and data analytics, sets him apart in our industry. He’s well-versed in a range of tools, including SQL, VBA, SAS, SPSS, Stata, EViews, and various financial systems and business intelligence platforms.

Scott’s presence on our team exemplifies excellence and underscores our commitment to top-tier financial and analytical solutions for PSEG, streamlining our account and balance processes for the benefit of our clients. 

His extensive experience and expertise reinforce our dedication to providing exceptional services.

Simone Harper-Register

Human resource director

Simone is an accomplished HR expert and the Human Resources Director at Pritchard Industries and Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group. With extensive experience in business, her expertise spans operations management, business consulting, client retention, change management, and more. 

Simone excels in driving performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning for Fortune 500 companies. Her leadership roles at Aramark and Starbucks demonstrate her ability to turn operations, boost morale, and find solutions. 

She is known for her strategic thinking, operational focus, and success in improving performance and employee engagement. Simone holds a Master’s in Human Resources Management/Hospitality from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
